Every recipe starts in Raf's kitchen, made with care, natural ingredients and creative passion. What began as homemade comfort food became a signature taste: fresh, authentic, rolled with love.
Our bread is baked in the tandoor, then filled while it is still warm. The crust blisters, the inside stays soft, and the filling is cooked to match.
